What is your guaranty?

100% complete customer satisfaction. One of our strengths in over 30 years in business is that we do stand behind what we sale. Products that haven’t been used or laundered may be returned for a full credit minus the shipping charges.

Are you the manufacturer?

We are not a manufacturer. Many wholesale linen suppliers portray themselves as manufacturers when they are either importers or distributors of product. We contract directly with several mills overseas to manufacture to our exact specifications. We also purchase directly from domestic mills here in the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the shipment, the carrier that we use, and the distance that the order is being shipped. We have discounted rates with numerous carriers and pass this savings on 100% to you.

What shipping method do you use?

We will ship your order the most cost effectively way we can, keeping in mind the time frame that you need to receive your order in as well as any special receiving requirements on your end. We have excellent relationships with quality freight carriers.

Can you send samples prior to placing an order?

Yes. Depending on the size of the potential order we can send a sample at either a reduced rate or at no charge. If we are able to identify the specific application of the item you are looking for we are usually able to recommend the best options to speed up the decision making process.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders received by 12 p.m. C.S.T. of in stock items in our warehouse will ship out the same day. Delivery is generally 1-2 business days to Texas and the surrounding 5 state area. Orders are usually delivered within 5 business days to the remainder of the continental United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Check, certified cashiers check, Visa, and Master Card. Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Because of the transaction fees associated with credit cards we do not accept credit card payments on invoices with terms.

Can I open an account with credit terms?

Accounts can be opened with terms with approved credit.  Please send us credit references via email or fax the references to us at 972-438-6177. You will be notified as soon as your account is approved. Once an account is opened and terms are established we expect that invoices are paid within those terms. We are very diligent in accounts receivable and the monitoring of credit. Accounts that cannot stay within the provided terms will go to a pre-paid basis.

Where are your prices?

Please contact us to receive pricing on the items you are interested in. In order to give you our best offer please give us an idea of the quantities you ideally need as well as the type of business you represent.

Do you ship COD?

No, we do not ship on a COD basis.

How long will my product last?

This is a question we receive occasionally and is one that unfortunately impossible to answer. Many factors determine life span of a product including how the product is used and treated, frequency of laundering, and types and amounts of chemicals used in the laundering process. We take pride in the fact that we try to take the extra steps necessary to insure maximum life span of the items that we offer. In general if you are able to control your inventory and loss/damage is at a minimum a better quality product will cost less to own than a cheaper product. Products made of polyester will outlast cotton or blended products many times over.

I’m looking for a product on your website but cannot find it?

We sale a tremendous number of products, all of which are not listed on our site. A long list of suppliers allows us to be able to generally supply the hard to find items as well. Custom made products are also possible. We either work from a customer supplied sample or specifications and will produce a sample for your approval. 

Why do you not have testimonials?

Our feeling is this; anyone can post a testimonial on their website or ask a customer to give them a testimonial. Rather than ask our customers to do this we simply believe if we deliver an excellent product on time and are easy to do business with you will consider Hunt Textiles the next time you have a need.
